He was great

I am a senior with just enough computer knowledge to be dangerous. Rodney helped me find all my files in my ruined 2009 Acer harddrive and transferred them to a clean 2014 Toshiba laptop. He then installed Windows 10 and all my other software, added VPN and virus protection, etc. Great job!

In a rush to send out needed documents I hired Rodney H. - A true professional, diligent, knowledgeable about computers, faxes, printers! More importantly when he finished my computer, my printer, my fax and Adobe were all up an running perfectly. The fact that he came on a Sunday was especially a blessing! Cant ask for more than that! Rodney's who you're looking for when it comes to help with your computer software.

Even before having the laptop in front of him, he had offered me varios possible scenarios and provided sound advice on next steps to be taken. He ultimately delivered a very high value performance for only a more than reasonable price. Just all of the advice was worth it, before entering into the actual labor matters and happy ending. I am extremely satisfied with the final outcome, and will definitely recommend Rodney as the to go modern dependable technician for folks in similar circumstances. Will definitely contact him on a future emergency.
